Comment on Oaxaca report by Rebeca Romero

Rebeca's report on Oaxaca situation is imprecise. It attempts to show a State/city burning on its own ingovernability,... however, it does not point out the fact that all the conflict was fueled by governor incapability to deal with social demands. In addition, it fails to report that Oaxacans have been facing threats by hitmen and pri supporters. There have been several killings in Oaxaca and all of them are from the APPO side.
