Conversation between PAN representative and someone from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Mexico

Jorge Alberto Valencia (JAV) Pan party representative in Oaxaca had a conversation with someone in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs where they talk about covering up the killings in Oaxaca and to blame on APPO for that.
